Danielle Brown
Danielle graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in psychology where she became familiar with child development and worked under one of her professors to complete a case study on child development. Along with that, she worked as a substitute teacher at elementary and middle schools throughout Hanover County.
As a child, Danielle was a member of 4-H and participated by showing horses and competing in hippology and horse judging competitions. Throughout Danielle’s time at VCU, she continued to compete with horses in different associations such as the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association, and the National Barrel Horse Association, and continues to do so now.
Danielle has a passion for working with children and animals and looks forward to incorporating that into her new position at Virginia Cooperative Extension!
